As such, we are establishing a youth leadership program that will empower young people to become effective leaders in our community and increase their involvement with the masjid and community.

Program Outline:
The Youth Leadership Program will consist of several components, including:
- The current program will be focusing on the age group of 12-18 years of age for public speaking and other leadership roles.
- Leadership Training: Participants will receive training on leadership skills, such as communication, public speaking, and problem-solving.
- Islamic Outreach: Participants will learn to articulate their perspective on Islamic values. The program will also help participants apply their skills defend Islamic value in their daily lives among their peers. Help them become subtle and intentional ‘dayee’ while doing their daily activities.
- Community Service: The program will encourage participants to engage in community service projects, providing them with opportunities to serve others and put their leadership skills into practice.
- Mentorship: We will bring accomplished public speakers to encourage and offer support, encouragement, and advice.
- Leadership Projects: Participants will be challenged to initiate and take a leadership role every week to fill different functions of the meeting.
- Schedule: It will be a once-a-week program for 8 weeks.
